Well this was somewhat unexpected: blind couple Amadou & Mariam are gearing up to release a new album titled Folila. As part of their promotional process, they’ll be releasing an EP two months in advance, featuring the track Dougou Badia — which we’ve got a listen to today!
Following their 2009 release of Welcome to Mali, this album promises to be another success, featuring collaborations with Santigold, Danger Mouse, Theophilus London, TV on the Radio and more.
