Anthony Flammia is Yonker’s new kid on the block who’s been around awhile. With a surprising soulfulness, “I Want You Back” goes down buttery smooth.
Actually, it’s deceptively smooth, and it’s quite difficult to pay attention to any one part, as the track brings a complete satisfaction when it’s over. Fortunately all you have to do is relax and appreciate the vibe and the voice, one that sits comfortably alongside John Legend’s.
As of this moment Flammia has less than a thousand friends between his Twitter and Facebook page. I predict this should and will change very soon, as he preps for his forthcoming debut, Ups & Downs.
