Having trouble wrapping your tongue around the band name Black Moth Super Rainbow? No worries – you can simply call them BMSR.
The psychedelic quintet have made a name for themselves by being a bit odd. They’ve released four albums to-date, and are now gearing up for a new one titled Cobra Juicy later this year.
Why do I call them a bit odd? Well check out these “member names” (via Last.fm): Tobacco (vocals, synthesizer), Father Hummingbird (synthesizer, keyboards), The Seven Fields of Aphelion (sythesizer), Ryan Graveface (guitar, bass) and Iffernaut (drums). Normal? I think not.
