Watching Bon Iver at Coachella was surprisingly refreshing. I had initially told myself I wouldn’t attend for fear of being surrounded by 30,000 people singing every lyric.
But, Justin Vernon threw us all a curve-ball by playing a fair bit of content from his older releases, including “Blood Bank.” No surprises — barely anyone knew the words to sing along. Their loss, right?
