England teens sure know something about music. How, I’ll never know. Maybe all that grey clouded overhang unlocks some musical talent that other places just can’t access that early. Whatever the case, I’m glad to be writing about the youthful, Lancaster-based duo Bondax’s new tune “Gold.”
With an upbeat, pop-infused mid BPM melody, “Gold” features some soulful male R&B vocals. I imagine the lyrics to be a love letter to an enigmatic lady, stating “Wanna lay you down / I’ll try my luck / gold is not enough.”
