Newcomers Coasts are yet another indie band on the rise in the UK, delivering a truly memorable single in "Oceans." The five-piece tropical guitar band from Bristol are both visually and instrumentally impressive, with comparisons being made with fellow countrymen Foals and Friendly Fires.

"Oceans" continues the recent theme of tropical melodies, but Coasts certainly add their own rock flavor to it with their big brooding lyrics and anthemic choruses. There's a lot to like about these guys, and they certainly have a mass appeal that will aid them in reaching a larger audience.

Here's hoping they can rise above the vast pool of talent in the UK at the moment. Enjoy!
