Get out your tissues folks, for this one’s a bit of a tear-jerker. London-based trio Daughter will be releasing new single “Smother” on 7″ vinyl come October 1st (via Glassnote). It’ll be accompanid by B-side “Run.”
The last time we picked up this band was in late-December, with their song “Youth.” It was a super beautiful track, and certainly more upbeat than “Smother.”
That’s alright, though. As mellow as this song is, I’m still keen to hear more from them.
