We were just starting to get bored of Aaliyah samples until Norwegian producer Finnebassen stepped up with “If Your Girl Only Knew.”
Instead of pairing the sample with the ever-more-generic flat sounding future garage beat that seems all too common these days, Finnebassen uses a deep house beat, ending up with a track closer to this rather good remix we shared a little while back.
