Many thanks to The Music Ninja for bringing this one back up on my radar in his Chill Dojo. Baauer’s remix of “Winter Is All Over You” actually came out way back in April, but as I always say, good music doesn’t have to be new.
You may be familiar with Swedish sister-duo First Aid Kit. Both born in the 90s, the young act have quickly risen to notoriety with their sweet and simple approach to folk. When last I saw them at Coachella, they put on a fantastic performance.
“Winter Is All Over You” was on their first album The Big Black & Blue, but this remix actually only came out after their *second* album was released. Perhaps Baauer was feeling sentimental?
