If you were to ask me, I’d say that fun. are trying to channel the anthemic stylings of Queen. There’s something beautifully catchy about their music, though to date I’ve found that a lot of it starts to sound the same.
So, taking them one track at a time, here’s the New York-based band’s latest single, “Some Nights.”
While still a relatively young band, fun. are no strangers to success. With former members from The Format, Anathallo and Steel Train, they have plenty of experience and — I expect — will continue charting on radio stations throughout the US.
