Anyone ready for a happiness overload? Because Gentlemen Hall’s new song “Sail Into The Sun” aims to accomplish just that.
Based out of Boston, the unsigned sextet list MGMT as one of their influences, and clearly with good reason. Add Passion Pit to that list and you’re going to get a pretty close approximation of where this sound falls.
They’ve used this style to win MTV’s Best Breakout Band in 2009, perform at the Billboard Music Awards in 2011, and provide the backing track to a Samsung commercial. All of this without signing to a label.
Now, the band is gearing up for their debut album, including this new single “Sail To The Sun.” I’m pretty sure there’s a good chance you’ll find more of this band on our website down the line.
