Heavenly Beat is the side project of Beach Fossils’s bassist John Peña. To get an idea for the ambient music he makes, check out Presence and Suday which were both previously featured here on Indie Shuffle last year.
“Messiah” is a chillwave-inducing indie pop jam that blends soft vocals with Peña’s clean guitar work. It’s a great addition to those workweek playlists, or if you are just looking for a shiny new tune to enjoy.
