I know you’ve been waiting for that mysterious 2nd LP by Justice to just come out already. Yeah, they signed to Elektra, and there’s supposed to be album coming out this year, but getting the scoop on new Justice seems to be a Herculean feat. So in the meantime I suggest getting your electro-house fix by listening to Indiekid.
Indiekid is an Austrian producer similar to Justice or Soulwax with some solid tracks that should tide you over until Gaspard and Xavier decide to reemerge. Unlike Justice, Indiekid’s release date is set: July 1st. ‘Only You,’ a banging mix-friendly track, was previously released as a single and will be featured on the new album. Check out his MySpace or Soundcloud for a surprisingly functional remix of Nirvana’s ‘Rape Me.’
