With a soulful voice like Jamie Woon’s, all the work that goes into a track is pretty much already done. To compliment such a vocal instrument, Flowers Groove creates a simple beat behind the original “TMRW,” one that highlights the rich quality of the vocals. This is a modest remix with a big impact.
Flowers Groove is an up-and-coming house/deep house duo from Dolj, Romania. Their release via playperview called “You’ve Got The Love” is also worth listening to, and is a more accurate presentation of their sound. I chose to write about “TMRW” solely because it takes balls to be so minimal and it’s an interesting choice for a remix — one that’s worth a little attention here on Indie Shuffle.
