Jim James

Jim James (of My Morning Jacket fame) has teased us many times with a solo record, but it's mostly been him collaborating with other artists and not truly his own personal album.Now we officially have his first solo record on the books"¦ and it comes out in early February! The title, Regions of Light and Sound of God give us a hint that it's a pretty introspective album. A few singles have been released, but this one, "Know Til Now," caught me as a solid tune. The rhythm and instrumentation go very well with Jim James' falsetto vocals.I'm looking forward to hearing more of this album as soon as it's released. Stay tuned!
