Sure, sure, you can call me out for featuring a track by Kanye West. That’s okay. You see, I just couldn’t resist on this one: Talib Kweli and Q-Tip are two artists I rate very highly, and to see them together on the same track trumped any preconceived notion I had regarding Kanye West. As far as I’m concerned, Kanye might be my favorite artist from now on. Brace yourselves for Kanye Shuffle, folks.
While we’re at it, how about featuring another track of his? Kid CuDi has been all over the place these days, including a number of Kanye tracks that have found there way onto the internets. Today’s Bonus features one such track, “Gorgeous,” which overlays the familiar stylistic approach of Kid CuDi with the verbal wordage of Kanye and Wu Tang Clan’s Raekwon.
