Katy Perry may be giving Michael Jackson a run for his money (or at least a run for his hit singles record), but I think her catalog would be much improved if she had The Vaccines cover all of her songs.They turn "Last Friday Night" -- a pretty grating Top 40 track, in my opinion -- into a poppy Brit punk song that would be excellent on the soundtrack to a Cameron Crowe movie circa 1984.Seriously, I love The Vaccines's sound enough to have faith that even they could even make "California Gurls" awesome.
