UK-based Kindness released funky track “That’s Alright” on his highly acclaimed first LP World, You Need A Change Of Mind back in May. Fully equipped with 80s-esque funkafied synths and deep campy vocals, this dance track sounds like something straight out of Ghostbusters. I can’t help but picture Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd grooving to this song with some freakishly awesome supernaturals.
The song’s likeability is apparent from the start, with funky productions blasting through full throttle dance sequences, leaping from era to era and making odd but beautiful connections in unassuming places.
