"Wait"

Sounds like: Kings of Leon, M83, Youth Lagoon, Wild Nothing

What's so good?

Jason Abrishami, Paul Volpe, and Jeremy Sampson are the ones responsible for Lazyeyes, a Brooklyn-based alternative/shoegaze/dream punk wonder. “Wait” was released just a few days ago on Lazyeyes’ debut self-titled EP that consists of four mouth-watering tunes, originally premiered on Earmilk.

The entire EP was described to “glint with guitar arrangements that manage to billow out with neon vapor while remaining precise, controlled, and patient.” As a stand-out track, “Wait” most definitely set the bar high for the rest of the Lazyeyes EP. Melody hovers over every second of “Wait,” and we can’t help but listen over and over again.

What do you think?
