Sounds like: The Postal Service, Milosh

What's so good?

By | January 29th, 2013

It’s like this: I’m from Seattle and lovelovelove Ghostly, so naturally a new tune from Lusine – a producer from said city, on said label – piques more than a little interest and support from this musicophile. Truth be told, this was thrown out to a bunch of us bloggers, and I didn’t even listen to it before laying my claim (sorry, guys).

Lusine always has a suave, coquettish nature to his tracks, and “Without a Plan” definitely is straying down that same stylistic path. With some Postal Service-y vocals and a slowly vacillating beat, this production inspires and invigorates while retaining a innocuous tranquility. Off Lusine’s forthcoming LP, The Waiting Room, Lusine is foreshadowing electronic grandeur to come. And I like it.

Pre-order the LP at The Ghostly Store here.
