Maya Jane Coles, the Queen of the underground, is back again with her latest EP titled Easier To Hide. The titular track off her new imprint brings a subdued beat, with Maya’s angelic vocals layered over in a dreamy-pop soundscape that’s perfect for getting through the day at work or cramming for finals.
While Maya may be keeping her feelings inside, I can’t contain myself and have to admit that this track (and her whole EP) is utterly amazing! It has already been named Beatport’s Track of the Day and demonstrates that the DJ is ready for her commercial break-out debut. Big things are in store for Ms. Coles in 2013; you’re advised to keep an eye out.
