What's so good?

Not to be confused with 1940's surf-rock group The Mel-Tones, these French dudes released Nearly Colored last year with decent success over in Europe, but received little publicity here in the States.  While not much is available in terms of their background, from what I gather these guys made a name for themselves playing in Parisian clubs until they were signed with MyMajorCompany a couple years back.

This refreshing pop track titled "Don't Stop Breathing" is an upbeat, indie rock melody that brings us back to the good ol' O.C. days of teenage romance, with comparable sounds to Rooney and Phantom Planet. If you listen closely you can faintly hear Seth Cohen clapping his hands with excitement...
