I hadn’t heard of English indie rockers Mystery Jets until today. But their song “Someone Purer” caught my attention on first listen – captivating for both its fantastic key changes and raw indie rock sound. They reminded me pretty quickly of Built to Spill, but with a modern post-punk twist.

Inspired by dive bars, “Someone Purer” will appear on Mystery Jets’ upcoming album Radlands, which was recorded by the band while in Austin, TX. Hungry for more info? Check out the band’s website.
