I have emerged from my haze and put down the Cookie Crisps because future-crunk producer RL Grime has delivered his Grapes EP. It dropped on 4/20 via Wedidit, which is home to some genre-bending sound artists like Shlohmo, who offers up a sick remix of his own on the EP.
I was tempted to post the original “Amphibian”, but decided Groundislava’s remix was just slightly more on point with the weekend festivities. It’s got some great drum & bass work and an eerie vocal sample that goes really well with the heavy synths. Enjoy.
