For the familiar, Sir Froderick will undoubtedly be in the same lineage as other digital producers with old dusty souls, right along with Knxwledge, Mndsgn, Afta-1, and others. I remember it was Knxwledge, who is featured on Sir Froderick’s latest LP, who first hipped me to Sir Fro, himself a resident of Philly via East London. But that’s kinda where the information ends. I know Froderick has been honing his craft for over a decade and his new music is sounding better and better.
“someolbullshit(Josh Hey)” is a freebie from his digital LP Reconnecting on Recordbreakin Records. Sir Fro has minimal blips bouncing off each other while he carefully weaves a meandering vocal sample all throughout.
