What's so good?

With a soon-to-be-released sophomore album under their Aussie belts, Tame Impala have circuited the musicsphere with velocity and sufficient hype. Brought to you by their fantastic Modular label-mates Canyons, we have a psyched-out cut of “Elephant” that is sure to stay stuck on repeat for days to come.

Aside from the indie rock terrain of the original, this version aims to extend the intro with sweeping psychedelia while boasting guitar riffs alongside elephant noises and synth progressions. Fear not friends, this version doesn’t take too much away from the original but it does just enough to set it apart while still pleasing the masses. These guys aren’t afraid to bend genres when it comes to making music so why not mix it up a bit by adding in some alluring contradictions?

This version of “Elephant” is available as part of the Elephant Remix bundle along with the original and the Todd Rungdgren mix. You can purchase all of them by clicking here.
