What's so good?

Yes, oh yes, baby. Russ Chimes, a British electro-dance producer, remixed Teeth's 2011 track "Flowers" and it's a banger and a half (original here). Chimes, a personal favorite, is an absolute master when it comes to electronic production, and this is no exception.

The original airs on the side of a noise-pop track, which Chimes -- through some intelligent design -- has turned into a youthful dance production. Starting with a simple beat, juiced BPMs, and clean vocals Russ Chimes quickly moves "Flowers" to another level with complex layering and builds. Soaring through the perfect highs and lows, Chimes uses the Veronica So's vocals to reinforce impact throughout the song, spiraling into a repetitive and forceful wall of "what I want." It's a common recipe, but executed ever so beautifully.
