You may know Pearson Sound from his Ramadanman moniker, and it's his work under this name that this remix of The xx's"Fiction" conjures most.Taking a similar style to tracks like his Jamie Woon remix or his Splendid refix of Nina Simone's "Good Feelin," the track incorporates melodic elements into the sparse, bass-driven, techno-influenced take on dubstep that this producer has helped to pioneer.It's a sound which has influenced The xx themselves, and that's part of the reason this remix worked so nicely.
