Tiger High is a quartet from Memphis, TN. Their music is an experimental mix of psychadelic and garage rock. I first got hooked on Tiger High back in April, when they released their debut album, Myth Is This. I grabbed the digital download, which was a great idea. It’s one of my favorite albums of 2012, reminding me of Cloud Nothings’s Attack On Memory.
“Leave It Alone” is a rock song with freewheeling guitar and bass play, and heart pounding drumming. This is Tiger High’s first single off their latest album, Catacombs After Party. It was released on Trashy Creatures Record via their BandCamp. A cassette version was also released on Burger Records. You can grab that throwback here.
