UK-based Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs has perhaps one of the coolest names for an act on the market. And to boot, the music is great!
His newest song “American Dream Part II” starts off a bit like Boards of Canada, but quickly transitions into an electronic landscape that hints at UK-garage (those keen to compare might hear SBTRKT jump to mind).
While this may be a bit strongly on the electronic side for most of our listeners, I have little doubt that many will quickly find an appreciation for the song.
