Young Prisms is a San Francisco-based quintet that crafts experimental indie rock. While stranded at the airport a few years back, one of the band’s former members could not handle the stress of the situation and had to be replaced. Their sophomore album, In Between, is a reflection of that time.
“Floating in Blue,” their first single off the album, is a great little shoegaze tune. It has lots of color that swirls over the light vocals.
