Why do we like this?

Los Angeles’ ALOHAHA is a duo compromised of producer Jake Sinclair and poet Lyndsay Thornton. Together, they've just released a new single titled “Welcome To The New Life” that’s full of harmonious lap steel guitars, atmospheric vibes, shimmery twangs, and the kind of vocals that would have you swooning next to your window on a dreary rainy day.

I like the song because it's reminiscent of the days when pop music took more time and effort to produce, a la Harry Nilsson.

"Welcome To The New Life" will be appearing on their forthcoming album, released this December via Black Rainbow.
