Why do we like this?

I think it's safe to say that The Golden Pony is really good at the remix game. Have you ever scoped out their influence list on Facebook? It's about as impressive as the number of plays they garner per track via SoundCloud — almost 40,000 for this Alt-J remix. Maybe it's safe to say that they're just *good*. 

Known for their energetic performances and highly theatrical images, Brooklyn based members Timothy Monkiewicz and Thomas Murphy aren't just playing around. Though their antics may say otherwise, they do, in fact, take themselves quite seriously. Their exhausting list of well-produced remixes, mixes, and originals says to me that these boys have quite the work ethic. And who said musicians were flakey!
