Why do we like this?

So I probably should've mentioned last time around that Brooklyn's American Authors have a self-titled EP coming out next Wednesday. For those of you who are clearly as impatient as myself, the quartet have kindly given us a sneak peek of what is to come with the latest singles "Home" and "Luck."

Just like I stated at the start of this year, this is a band that has an uncanny ability to create catchy pop hooks that you can't help but fall in love with. It's just pure, honest, feel-good pop music that comes straight from the heart; there's nothing sugar-coated about it, and it makes for a much more genuine listening experience.

Here's hoping there are a few more gems on the EP next week!
