Why do we like this?

A few weeks ago, we shared with you "1 4 Me," a new track from Jacques Greene and a highlight of his recent mixes. Another track Greene has been playing out lately a lot is this a/jus/ted remix of Blood Orange.

It's not surprising to find it in the Candian's record bag, since a/jus/ted certainly shares a similar sound, albeit with slightly housier tones. One half of a/jus/ted, Justin Strauss, has been part of the New York scene for over 30 years, and this track unsurprisingly sounds pretty polished, leading Pitchfork to call it "one of this year's most evocative remixes."
