Not sure who this Tommy Boy gentleman is, but I'd sure like to shake his hand at his soonest convenience. At the start and finish of Christian Tiger School's latest single, you'd be deaf not to hear an ominous whisper of the aforementioned gentleman's name. Now, I'm no rocket scientist here, but I can read, so I'm gonna guess that it's the label releasing Christian Tiger School's long-awaited album, Chrome Tapes.
The South African outfit has been leading the electronic scene down there for a few years now in ultra chill but fun boom bap music. Luc and Seb are two of the funniest guys you'll meet, and it shows in their music. Let's not forget how deep some of their music is, so I'm sure they're also super emotional -- go get 'em ladies.
Anyways, the only reason I'm not blown away by this track is because I already know how good they are. For you newbies, go get familiar with these two hairy electronic aficionados.
