Why do we like this?

Two new CHVRCHES songs within a month-long period? You'd think the band was working on a new album, but there's actually something totally different inspiring the onslaught: movie soundtracks.

The first song we heard was "Get Away," created as part of a Zane Lowe-curated alternative soundtrack for the movie Drive. It was a humdinger in its own right, but I must say that I'm preferring this second one a bit more.

"Dead Air" will appear on The Hunger Games: Mockingbird soundtrack alongside contributions by Kanye West, HAIM, Charli XCX and more.
