Why do we like this?
"Got my guitar and my sun hat


I'll be okay, at least I know that"

The above are simple lines that hold so much. The Maui-born Conan Gentil starts his debut song, "Lockness," with the very catchy chorus that keeps me coming back for more.

"Lockness" is about the confusion that comes in the wake of a breakup. It's a feeling that many can relate to, but what is unique, is Conan's ability to turn it into art, and successfully so.

If that doesn't say a lot about him, I'll leave you with this:
