Why do we like this?

Cymbals Eat Guitars isback with new record Lose, set to be released on Barsuk Records / Tough Love Records on August 26, 2014.

"Chambers," the newest single, opens with a thumping drum track that is reminiscent of an early anthemic Michael Jackson song before quickly exploding into a Huey Lewis and The News-like riff that immediately grabs the listener's focus.

Cymbals Eat Guitars' secret weapon, outside of their taut execution, has to be vocalist and guitarist Joseph D’Agostino whose impassioned nature and tone resemble Elliot and Falling Forward's frontman Chris Higdon.

I have a feeling that this won't be the last time we speak of Cymbals Eat Guitars in 2014. And for good reason...

First listen, I was dancing and rocking out so hard it got my day job's attention. In other words, simply listen.
