All Those People, All Those Eyes
Dani Mack plays with our agoraphobia, social distance, and love of dream folk and soft rock, to make a view from a window we can all disassociate with.
"Everybody's Watching" is a slow descent into a dreamy world, where no one can bother you. It's a view from a distant apartment over a city filled with indie noise and bluesy guitar riffs. The track plays in a misty valley of dream folk, slow rock, and a hint of new age, just to remind you of those people, so far away from you.
"Everybody's Watching" is an at once relatable and then alienating track, and that combo is what makes it great.
