Why do we like this?

Just released on Counter Records (home to ODEZA and Maribou State) is a package of remixes for Fakear's "Silver" featuring Rae Morris. 

It's an infectious tune that lends itself well to a full style of remixing. In posting my favorite, I was torn between two but ultimately, I love how Pedram (London-based) slows it down just enough to savor. 

There's no over-production here, just a complimenting beat that breathes with the vocals, pausing before a glorious, twinkling finish.
