Why do we like this?

Out of Montreal this week comes this amazing track from singer-songwriter and Indie Shuffle newcomer, Geoffroy.

"Thirsty" comes from Geoffroy's recently released first full album called Coastline. Having listened to the album over and over again this week, I can best describe it as a meticulously crafted journey. It's a reflection of the care and precision Geoffroy puts into all of his work.

What's evident in this track—and throughout the entire album—is the blending of Geoffroy's early folk leanings with more of a downtempo and electronica feel. We get to enjoy that sultry mesh in the form of wonderful tracks like this one.
