Why do we like this?

Last week, I went to Latitude, where I saw ton of great bands like Alt-J, Foals, and Daughter. However, the band that really stood out for me was Half Moon Run. Their set rocked the arena, and it was honestly the best half hour of the whole weekend. Right now I'm desperately trying to sort out tickets to see them again.

The band, originally from Montreal, has been growing rapidly here in the UK -- getting regular airtime on Radio 1 and previously supporting Of Monsters and Men on tour. Their album Dark Eyes is fantastic. I recommend that you listen to their single "Full Circle" and the last track on the album, "21 Gun Salute," for a taste of the band's sound (which kind of reminds us of Local Natives).
