Why do we like this?
Hot Since 82 is a seriously swanky beat producer out of Leeds. His sound is always polished and lusciously rotund, with large bass-filled beats (and his face isn't bad, either).
Right off the bat, "Error 909" makes me want to teleport to a dirty Saturday night. Its rolling bass line, nebulous vocal cries, and delicate dings are carefully architected. This house track might sound simple to some, but the perfection that lies with each note is truly hard to accomplish. There's a complexity that is subtle and pervasive throughout "Error 909." I don't know about you, but I dig it.
