Why do we like this?

Fact: the original version of this song is only a few months away from its tenth anniversary. Scary thought, huh?

Well, celebrations have begun early, with Sydney duo Twin Caverns releasing this incredible cover of the 'Ye classic. It's a bold move, taking such an immensely famous track and giving it a total facelift -- creating some smooth trip hop versus abrasive rap. But I'm a BIG fan of both artists, and absolutely love this version.

Slow, sultry, and deeply sexy, Louise Millar's husky voice slithers across Michael Macias' guitars and beats. The melody almost sounds isolated at times, with sparse guitar echoes and a relaxed rhythm swinging its way from phrase to phrase.

Twin Caverns' debut EP, Glass Balloon, is almost ready for release, so keep an eye out for it real soon.
