Why do we like this?

"On My Mind" is the latest installment of LEISURE's collection of singles following the success of their 2016 album Leisure, gaining them widespread exposure and a collaboration with one of our Founding Fathers, Gold Link.

Did I hear someone from the audience say "Encore"? Well, you're in luck because the New Zealand-based group is scheduled to release their sophomore album on July 26 via Nettwerk.

The five-member band allows a more broad scope of genre, opening the door to a myriad of influence that is reflected through the creative blend of elements that makes their sound so unique.

"On My Mind" is the personification of sex appeal, running from the tambourine through the bass riffs. I'd describe their sound as a contemporary blend of soul, r&b, and psychedelic rock. The simplicity in lyrics and silky vocal layers rests on top of a rich historical foundation that forms LEISURE.
