Texan Andrew "There Will Be Booty" Hoke, aka Bird Peterson, is part of the Mad Decent/ Teenage Riot fam who has been mastering the art of bass, before Ace of Bass, and advocating the youthful nation to bounce for years now. I was first introduced to him through his trunk popping alias, Drankenstein, back in March via his SXSW mix -- you should check it out.
Finally, after months of heckling, Bird Peterson came through with the freshest remix of Lil Troy's "Wanna Be A Baller." This track will take you way back to when you were sittin' fat down south in 99' sippin on capri suns after school -- at least, it did for me. While keeping the OG'ness of the song in tack and in true Bird Peterson/Drankenstein form, he adds the low-end, booty shakin' bass and rhythm that will get the twenty inch blades on thee impala spinning, and might even get you laid tonight.
