Why do we like this?

A couple weeks back, Bastardjazz commissioned Pomo to curate their Tempo Dreams compilation, following the lead of Soul Clap on the last one. The fourth volume features tunes from Geotheory, Syre, Daniel Crawford, FVLCRVM, and others, but the tune that really stood out to me was Lindsay Lowend & Jonah Baseball's collaboration.

"Jeremy's Pet Peeve" is a groovy little ditty, that has a bit of a cartoonish vibe to it, and I mean that in the best way possible. It's almost like something you'd expect to hear in a Nintendo game. Everything about this track is fun, so that really leaves me wondering, who is Jeremy, and what exactly is his pet peeve?
