Adelaide synth-maestro Luke Million has teamed up with hip-hop crew Thundamentals' Jeswon to deliver "Archetype", an electro-funk gem from the very same gold vein as Chromeo. Aussies truly never stop surprising me !
Luke explains how the collaboration came about:
I found myself at Studios 301 in a writing session with legends Jeswon, Trials and Chance Waters. We were vibing out working on some tracks together, we gelled really well and before we knew it we were channeling funk, hip hop and electronic music into this next level party jam.
So, just relax and enjoy some insane vintage synth lines, groovy vocals and creamy vocoders. Electro-funk at its best!
