Why do we like this?
It seems like forever ago that Sydney duo Mansionair managed to win me over with a song titled "Hold Me Down." Perhaps that because it kinda was forever ago as far as emerging bands go (more than a year, to be specific).
Last week that all changed with the emergence of a new single titled "Speak Easy." And I suppose the reason that it took me four days to share it is that, well, it falls just short of expectations.
Fortunately for the band, those expectations were very high, so falling just short still leaves them on solid ground. And in this case, I figured "Speak Easy" still ought to make its way to your eardrums.
